Mentoring

The MHRT will pair each new Member with a more experienced mentor. In identifying pairs, the following may be given consideration:

• location/region.
• Member category.
• experience and background.
• availability.

It is anticipated that the mentor relationship will exist officially for a period of six (6) months, however, Members are welcome to continue on with the mentoring relationship after that time, subject to the agreement of both Members. Each new Member will be expected to sit on a minimum of two (2) Tribunal panels with their mentor to allow the mentee to ask questions and the mentor to give guidance.
