IT support can assist you with the following types of problems:

  • using your device
  • downloading and opening files on your device
  • accessing the internet
  • accessing Outlook for your emails
  • accessing the Queensland Health network when at a Queensland Health facility/venue.

Telehealth - CMR

For Telehealth support for CMR call: 1800 066 888

Telehealth support can assist you with technical support for using a Collaboration Meeting Room (CMR) including:

  • logging on to or joining a CMR
  • sound and vision problems in a CMR.

If you need assistance in clarifying the CMR numbers to use for a hearing, contact the relevant Hearings Coordinator at the MHRT.

The Policy Officer can assist you with the following:

  • Set up and use of microphones
  • Set up and use of recording program Audacity
  • Uploading audio recordings to the portal
  • Troubleshooting

  • IT support on 1800 198 175 – provide your payroll number and select the password reset option to skip the hotline queue.
