The Human Library Video Project

The MHRT Human Library Video Project contains a series of video interviews with people with lived and living experience of mental illness who wish to share their stories. The project aims to reduce stigma and challenge stereotypes, creating a space for dialogue by exploring the difficult questions without judgment or discrimination.
