Tables of examples

There are various scenarios in which MHRT Members are required to engage in drafting content specific to the matter under review:

• drafting conditions on treatment authorities (TA), forensic orders (FO) and treatment support orders (TSO).
• drafting questions for an examining practitioner in relation to a Tribunal-ordered examination (TOE).
• drafting reasons for the extension of treatment in the community for a person the subject of an information notice (IN).

These tables contain examples and suggestions only. Members will need to consider the individual circumstances of the matter they are reviewing and edit the examples as appropriate.

Members should feel welcome to provide unique or novel examples that they develop from time to time for inclusion in these tables. These can be sent to MHRT.PLD@mhrt.qld.gov.au
